Goodier purchased 1321 Key Highway after its acquisition of 1414 Key Highway across the street. The Property was part of a portfolio purchase from then Sagamore development, and was purchased alongside it.

The property is currently used as a surface parking lot for Tenants of 1414 Key Highway, and will be developed in the future under advantageous market conditions.
