As Vice President of Development and Construction, Keith is responsible for in-house design efforts including feasibility studies, tenant improvement work, navigating agency approvals, and managing the overall entitlement, design, and construction processes for the existing portfolio, new acquisitions, and prospective development sites.


Prior to joining Goodier Properties, Keith spent the first 18 years of his career working for several prominent Baltimore-based architectural and urban design firms as a project manager, designer, and most recently, Director of Planning. In his various roles, Keith gained extensive experience in a variety of project types, including office, retail, housing, and mixed-use, ranging from individual building sites to large-scale master planned developments. As an architect, he has designed more than 1,000 dwelling units and 1.2 million square feet of commercial office and retail space, while as an urban designer he has master planned over 4,000 acres totaling 55 million square feet of development potential.


Keith graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in architecture, is a registered architect in the state of Maryland, a certified planner with the American Planning Association, and a LEED accredited professional.
