Jon started working in commercial real estate with Colliers International in South Carolina. While with Colliers, he worked on a leasing team who specialized in retail Landlord and Tenant representation, representing clients such as AT&T, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Burger King, as well as local and institutional owners of class A retail real estate.

Jon Graduated from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, where he majored in Real Estate Finance.

Jon works on the commercial side of the Goodier family business, managing property and asset level operations across their $125M+ portfolio.
