Dan Goodier

Dan has been working in commercial real estate since his graduation from Vanderbilt University in 2005. He began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle serving as a financial analyst and junior broker in their Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing groups. While at Jones Lang LaSalle, Dan helped to service the real estate needs of clients such as Sprint, Microsoft, and Blue Cross Blue Shield throughout the Southeastern United States and parts of Latin America.

Following Jones Lang LaSalle, Dan was a member of the acquisitions staff at Wells Real Estate Funds. At Wells, Dan was part of a two-person team that sourced, analyzed, and executed over $825 million of real estate acquisitions in the northeastern United States during his four year tenure.

Since founding Goodier Properties in 2011, Dan has sourced and executed property acquisitions of over $125 Million totaling over 1,000,000 square feet on behalf of the Goodier family and our investment partners.

Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Maryland.

He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the CCIM Institute. Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Economics and Spanish and has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University.
