Bob Goodier, the founder of Goodier Properties, has been a builder/developer in Maryland for over 30 years. Bob was the President of the Home Builders Association of Maryland in 2011.

Goodier Properties has built over 1,4300 homes in a variety of Maryland areas, including Howard County, Baltimore County, Prince Georges County and Frederick County. As a land developer, Goodier Properties’ communities include Walnut Grove, Walnut Creek and Meriwether in Howard County and The Heritage in Calvert County.

In addition to numerous past recognitions, in 2011 Bob was awarded Developer of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Maryland for “design and planning sensitive to surrounding properties, nature and the environment.”
